Busting the Jargon

A digital asset security brand needed to open up a conversation with C-level decision makers about the IT risks they face and the technology that reduces that risk.
The team knew that to sell their proposition, they needed to get their audience up to speed on insider jargon and the wider context of the world of IT security. The product’s universe and the problems that existed within it were incredibly complex – and without a clear understanding of every element, the proposition was failing to land with customers.
We concluded that those customers needed educating quickly to allow them to join the dots and see the value. We scripted and designed a series of six animations that clearly and simply articulated the problems that exist in the IT world. By building awareness of those problems, the company could then be more easily positioned as the natural solution.
