Motivating a Team Hybrid Event

A digital communications client required a high-performing presentation for high-performing staff. The function of the deck was primarily visual support; the main issue the slides had to address was catering to both a live and virtual audience – a duality we expect to encounter significantly in future.

To cater for the small screen, the design team found a good visual balance, making sure font size was legible on the small screen but not overwhelming on the big screen. Subtle (not heavy) animation was used to transition between slides, and kept to a minimum on the slides themselves to minimize time-lag.

We also highlighted key messages (using text, images and visual concepts) as an aid to a passionate presenter who needed to motivate top company employees to buy-in to a new phase of development.
